Hi and Welcome to the 2026 edition of the TransAtlanticWay.

The start date is planned for June the 18th

2026 is the 11th edition .And we will be sticking to last years format, starting in Cork and finishing in Derry.

The price is the same for the full routes Cu Culhain and Setanta and you can mix and match as the ride progresses. It’s up to you how hard you want to make this. New for this year is the choice of two half routes . Cean beag O dheas covering the south and Cean Beag O thuaidh covering the north.

What’s included in the entrance fee starting from the full routes £480 Half routes £380

  1. GPSTracker and Tracking.
  2. A bag and or bike box drop from the start in Co Cork to the Finish in Derry.
  3. A goody bag
  4. A starters T-shirt
  5. A TransAtlanticWay cap.
  6. Two checkpoints.
  7. Hand made TransAtlanticWay mug.
  8. Plenty of fresh air.
  9. And a free hug a the finish
  10. A meal at the start

What’s NOT included: Accommodations.

There is an option to book accommodation through us at the start and finish and highly recommended for value and location both being close the start and finish.

Note 2: You will be able to choose to enter as SOLO or as a PAIR via your account. If you ride as PAIR, each rider will need to create an account and you will be able to link it to your PAIR
